Actually you are slighting several Jewish World Champions–Saoul Mamby who was a world champion Jr. Welterweight in the early 1980’s and Fabrice Benichou who won a world title as a Jr. Featherweight in the early 1990’s. Also there is the Hilton family of Canada where Matthew Hilton and his brother David Jr. won world titles. Their father David Sr. fought with a Star of David on his trunks and considered himself to be Jewish. Then there is the Judah family and Zab Judah is he Jewish? From what I understand on the website Jewsinsports. org. The Judah family considers itself to be Jewish. Regards and may there be many more Jewish world champions in boxing to come.
