For several years Dov led a CEO peer advisory group that attracted the CEOs of many of Israel’s leading mid-sized companies, with between $10,000,000 and $150,000,000 in annual sales.  At a number of these and other companies Dov worked side-by-side with senior management to reformulate their company’s strategy and / or to redesign and develop the management organization.
