I agree with Yocheved. There are so many people who are health conscious in the community and who care about wholesome food. There are many who exercise, who buy quality health food, and have visitors from chul who are used to having access to wholesome eating. The caring mothers in this town would rather take their kids out to a place that serves their children quality healthy food than junk. Also I agree with the posters that said that if the restaurant ownership is not careful to be clean and caring about their clientele it won't work. Of course, the hecsher must be a good one, but everyone knows that ultimately the one running the restaurant is the one to trust and that is the true hechsher-and I would hope that the owner would respect the tznius in the community when hiring workers.

RBS (and BS for that matter) is definitely missing a quality sit-down restaurant with a recognized badatz hechsher, good food, good service and ambiance. The setting's definitely befitting - must be a great view from up there, no?

I'd appreciate nutritious food, not fat-filled hi-carb junk. Restaurant goers kvetch that they can't figure why they're fat. Look in the mirror, pizza and felafel, burger diners. How about an organic eatery? Yummy salads with home made dressings, genuine fruit juices without water and chemical additives, wheatgrass juice, carrot juice, sushi with succulent salmon or avocado - mango filler even, wraps, real fruit salads with nuts and raisins mixed in.

I would vote for a sit down with not less than medium atmosphere (similar to Muscat) over a fast-food.
