13 Companies from Israel won the prestigious Red Herring Europe 100 award for the best private technology companies in Europe, Africa & The Middle East.
Two of the winning companies are from Bet Shemesh. Qoof and Vringo.

Berlin, April 3rd, 2009 – Red Herring today announced that Qoof Ltd. was named a WINNER of the Red Herring 100 Europe, an award given to the top 100 private technology companies based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region each year.
